My Dentist Technology

My Dentist strives to bring our patients the latest technology in order to give you the best treatment plans. Our goal is to make you comfortable, so we can bring out your best and healthiest smile. Take a look at the technology we use around the office every day.

Zoom Whitening

Philips Zoom is one of the safest and most effective ways to whiten your smile. Just 45 minutes in the chair and your teeth can whiten up to eight shades

Zoom uses Relief ACP to relieve sensitivity and protect tooth enamel, while most whitening products can harm your teeth and gums.

Before using a special hydrogen peroxide whitening gel, your gums are protected by a special covering. While the hydrogen peroxide removes the stains on your teeth by breaking down molecular bonds, Philips Zoom WhiteSpeed Whitening LED Accelerator shines its intense light to accelerate the whitening process, improving whitening results up to 40%.

CBCT Guided Implants

Cone Beam Computed Technology (CBCT) helps our team build a 3D model of your jaw and teeth to plan out more complex dental restorations. Not only that, but in a single scan it produces images of the soft tissues, bone and nerve pathways in a single scan.

This will help us be as prepared as possible before the actual procedure so you can feel as relaxed as possible.

With software guidance our team can plan out the position of implants in relation to the bone and how the implant would sit most comfortably in your mouth.

STA

It uses a drip-feed with a needle adjacent to the tooth, so the anaesthetic is delivered slowly with little pain.

The single tooth delivery method makes it so you no longer have to feel numb in your lips or tongue, and still be potent enough to be pain-free throughout the procedure.

The anaesthesia typically lasts for about 45 minutes – that’s enough time for us to do whatever needs to be done without you feeling numb all day.

iTero Digital Scanning

iTero Intraoral Scanners scan your mouth and capture images to create 3D dental images in mere minutes.

The scans they produce are more detailed than traditional 2D images typically used in dental offices and help us create accurate 3D models for restorative work like implants, crowns, and veneers.

Intraoral scanners are also a great tool to use in conjunction with Invisalign, especially as iTero works seamlessly within the Invisalign Outcome Simulator. The scans are usually posted to the Invisalign Doctor Site three times faster than traditional polyvinyl siloxane scans.
