For several days last week I was suffering from a nasty toothache and I was fitted in an hour later. Dentist Dr Yen Yi Lee who was welcoming & understanding and after x rays it was decided that the offending tooth needed to be extracted. She offered to do this on the spot and handled what was a difficult extraction very well.Her friendliness and Profesional attitude was impressive.She prescribed anti- biotics.
After 4 days I was still in pain and returned for a check up. Dr Jim Han saw me and was absolutely wonderful as well.
I couldn't speak more highly of the service I received. Also Asan who was on reception was very helpful.

I've had crowns and root canal treatments done by Dr Jim Han at My Dentist in Cortina Place, Pakuranga Medical Centre. My wife, too. These are not most people's favourite dental pocedures, but Dr Han's gentle, reassuring manner augmented by his team of cheerful dental nurses make the ordeal pleasantly tolerable. This newish practice is gaining notice for its excellent care and follow-up protocols, such as phone calls to check how patients are faring after major work. This is what a model medical practice should be like. Highly recommended.

I usually struggle with really bad anxiety going to a dentist, but he was incredibly professional, gentle, and reassuring throughout the whole appointment.
